Kevin Page » Broker-Owner, Property Manager
Kevin has over 30 years of real estate experience as a licensed broker and property manager. Kevin started his career in Massachusetts buying and selling his own investment properties before moving to Cape Coral in 1987. Since then he has over 8,000 successful real estate transactions and has developed long term relationships with realtors, builders, developers, investors and landlords that has made his company successful since 1989. Kevin is well versed in 1031 exchanges and self-directed IRA’s. He has his own portfolio of rental property and investment land and owns several LLC’s and his own self directed IRA.
Kevin holds several designations and regularly attends the local meeting of the Southwest Florida Real Estate Investors Association and the Cape Coral Association of Realtors. As a proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Kevin is well versed in the Florida Landlord Tenant Act and the Federal Fair Housing Laws.
Alex Page » Director of Marketing
Alex graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2015 with a Bachelor's of History. After graduation, Alex worked for one of the largest land sales companies in Cape Coral, closing an average of 30 sales per month. In addition he worked in the new home department assisting land owners, investors and first time home buyers in the new home sales process. In the summer of 2016 Alex was name the director of marketing for Cape Shore PMI. In addition to coordinating all marketing materials for listings and sales, he is also responsible for showing properties and assisting our tenants with the move in and move out process.
Susan Page » Bookkeeper, Vendor Coordinator
Susan is a licensed broker in Florida and has 30 years of real estate and property management experience. She manages all maintenance requests and has a strong relationship with vendors and is able to get the best prices and pass the savings on to our owners. Susan also performs inspections from move in to move out so she is very familiar with all the properties we manage. She is committed to customer service and keeping our tenants and owners satisfied.
Kerry Thorpe » Realtor, Leasing Agent
Kerry Thorpe is a licensed realtor who has been active in SW Florida since 2007. Kerry is an expert in distressed properties and worked with many of the major banks during the foreclosure crises. She assisted in the sale of over 250 foreclosed and resale homes and has many satisfied investors and repeat homebuyers who depend on her expertise when they are buying, selling or renting. Kerry works with prospective tenants and assists clients that are relocating to the area looking for a new home to buy or rent. She holds the ACCRS designation as an expert in Cape Coral real estate.
Christina Carson » Office Manager, Bookkeeper
Christina’s experience includes many years as a processor for Wilkinson Title and as a bookkeeper/vendor coordinator managing over 100 properties. She processes tenant applications, management agreements, sales contracts, listing agreements and vendor invoices. Christina coordinates with other members of the team to make sure work orders, closings and owner payments are on time and correct.
